By registering for the Modern Intelligence Solutions-ERP system, you confirm that you are legally authorized to use the software on behalf of your organization. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Arab Republic of Egypt and other Arab countries where you operate.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials (username and password) and must not share them with unauthorized parties.
All activities performed through the user account are the sole responsibility of the account holder.
Users must immediately notify the support team if they suspect any unauthorized use or security breach.
The ERP system shall be used solely for lawful business purposes related to your organization’s activities.
Any illegal, unethical, or harmful use of the system, including attempts to disrupt services or extract data without permission, is strictly prohibited.
Copying, modifying, or distributing any part of the ERP software or its data without prior written consent from Modern Intelligence Solutions is forbidden.
Your use of the system is subject to the privacy policy of Modern Intelligence Solutions-ERP, which governs the collection, processing, and protection of your personal and business data.
You consent to the storage and handling of your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws in Egypt and other Arab countries.
All intellectual property rights related to the ERP software, including source code, designs, and documentation, belong exclusively to Modern Intelligence Solutions.
Users may not reproduce, alter, or distribute any part of the software without explicit written permission.
Modern Intelligence Solutions reserves the right to update and enhance the ERP system periodically and will notify users of any significant changes.
Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to the system to ensure service quality and security.
Modern Intelligence Solutions may suspend or terminate user accounts at any time if these Terms & Conditions are violated or if the system is used unlawfully or harmfully.
Users may request account termination following the company’s prescribed procedures.
Modern Intelligence Solutions is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the ERP system.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of data entered into the system and any reports generated and accept all legal consequences of misuse.
These Terms & Conditions may be amended at any time by Modern Intelligence Solutions. Continued use of the ERP system constitutes acceptance of any such changes.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Egypt.
Usage in other Arab countries shall comply with their local laws as well.
